Shipping
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the UAE takes 2–4 business days. Free shipping on all orders over Dhs. 150.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Bariq piece. We accept returns and exchanges in the UAE within 14 days of delivery — provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Approved returns are issued as store credit valid for one year.
Please note: Earrings, sale items, and personalised pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. To initiate a return or exchange, reach out to us at hello@shop-bariq.com with your order number and reason for return.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@shop-bariq.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
1-Year Tarnish Guarantee
Every Bariq piece is covered by our 1-year guarantee against tarnishing. If your piece tarnishes within one year of purchase under normal wear conditions, we will replace it. Simply contact us at hello@shop-bariq.com with your order number and a photo of the piece.
How to measure at home
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the base of your finger. Mark where it meets, lay flat against a ruler, and measure in mm. This is your circumference.
