At Bariq, every piece is crafted with care — and we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

The Bariq 1-Year Guarantee
Every Bariq piece is backed by a 1-Year Tarnish Guarantee. If your piece tarnishes within one year of purchase under normal wear conditions, we will replace it.
To claim your guarantee, contact us at hello@shop-bariq.com with your order number and a photo of the piece.
This guarantee covers tarnishing under normal wear only. It does not apply to physical damage such as scratches, dents, or misuse.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We willl issue a giftcard valid up to 1 year of the gift card issue date.
To start a return, email us at hello@shop-bariq.com with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
— Earrings — for hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final.
— Sale items — all discounted items are final sale.
— Personalised pieces — custom or engraved items cannot be returned.
— Items that have been worn, damaged, or are not in original packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@shop-bariq.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
