01 The Bariq 1-Year Guarantee
Every Bariq piece is backed by a 1-Year Tarnish Guarantee. If your piece tarnishes within one year of purchase under normal wear conditions, we will replace it.To claim your guarantee, contact us at hello@shop-bariq.com with your order number and a photo of the piece.This guarantee covers tarnishing under normal wear only. It does not apply to physical damage such as scratches, dents, or misuse.

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges in the UAE within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. We will issue a gift card valid for up to 1 year from the issue date.
To start a return, email us at hello@shop-bariq.com with your order number and reason. We'll guide you through the process.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Please note: All international orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:— Earrings — for hygiene reasons, all earring sales are final.— Sale items — all discounted items are final sale.— Personalised pieces — custom or engraved items cannot be returned.— Items that have been worn, damaged, or are not in original packaging.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at hello@shop-bariq.com with your order number and photos of the issue.We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost to you.
